At the Rolf Studio, we provide improved health, peak performance, prevention and recovery from injury and stress reduction. All body work is performed using the Rolf Method of Structural Integration. This method was introduced over fifty years ago by Dr. Ida P. Rolf and has a primary focus on manipulating the muscular and connective tissues of the body into proper alignment.
